In the display industry, packaging is not simply the final step — it is a critical process that directly affects product integrity, reliability, and customer satisfaction. For high-performance LCD and TFT modules destined for global markets, precise, contamination-free, and shock-proof packaging is essential to protect sensitive components during handling, shipping, and long-term storage.

At our facility, we implement a meticulous and standardized packaging process, as illustrated in the diagram. Beginning with cover inspection and cleaning (Step 33), every display undergoes surface treatment to remove dust and particles. LCM optical bonding (Step 34) ensures the integration of display and touch components, followed by accessories assembly (Step 35) and exterior film application (Step 36) to safeguard against physical damage and static.

Our OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) team (Step 37) performs 100% visual and functional inspections before the product enters packaging. Each unit is then carefully wrapped (Step 38) in anti-static and cushioning materials, followed by secure carton packing (Step 39) that meets international transportation standards, including drop test and moisture resistance. Finished goods are then moved to a temperature-controlled warehouse (Step 40), ensuring optimal storage before dispatch.

With strict adherence to ISO9001 and IATF16949-certified procedures, our packaging workflow not only reflects our commitment to quality but also ensures that every display module reaches our customers in perfect condition — ready for integration into automotive, medical, or industrial systems.
Why Such Stringency for Export?
Extended Transit: Shipments face prolonged handling, potential temperature/humidity shifts, and multi-modal transport stresses (ship, air, truck).
Complex Handling: Multiple hand-offs increase the risk of drops, impacts, and compression.
Environmental Challenges: Exposure to moisture, dust, and static requires robust barriers.
Compliance: Meeting international safety, material, and labeling regulations (e.g., ISTA testing protocols, RoHS, REACH) is non-negotiable.
The Result: This disciplined, step-by-step approach, emphasizing cleanliness, inspection, and tailored protective packaging, minimizes the risk of damage – cosmetic or functional – during the arduous journey to global customers. It protects the significant investment in the display technology itself and upholds the brand's reputation for delivering premium, reliable products worldwide. Every layer, from the initial film to the final carton, is a calculated defense against the hazards of international logistics.
We believe superior packaging is a vital part of product reliability, and we continuously invest in automated systems and training to uphold the highest standards.
